1. When does my order ship?


Most of Elegant Accent favors are redesigned and decorated by our professional designers' as they are ordered. Our team of designers will create the truly unique favor to suit your taste. Orders can take as long as 2 - 4 weeks to be prepared and decorated excluding the shipping time which estimates about 3 - 5 business days. Believe us; the result is worth the wait. Your event is a once in a lifetime day and it is worth the memory to have something really special. You and your guests will be delighted with such quality wedding favors, which will last for years. You can email or call us for more details regarding the favor preparation time period, as there are some favors which can be made and shipped in a shorter time depending on item.


2. Do you ship to P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS and are required to have a physical address for delivery.



3. Do you ship internationally?


At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.


4. How is shipping calculated?


We offer competitive rates and we charge you exactly what we pay to deliver your purchased item(s). We do not profit from the shipping charges. The shipping costs are determined based on the shipping weight of packages and shipping zip code.


5. What are your shipping options?

We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver all orders. You can choose the shipping options before checking out.


6. How do I check the status of my order?

You have two ways of checking your order status:
- We have a 24/7 online self-service order Status check page that you could use to see what the current status of your order is at any given time. Go to "My account" and login to see the currant status of your order.
-Track from the UPS Web site with your UPS tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location.


7. What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call our customer relations advisors Mon-Fri 9AM - 8PM EST at 408-507-3034 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 3 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. A customer relations specialist will help you file a claim with UPS if needed.


8. What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed on-line using Visa & Master Card.


9. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California.


10. Do you offer samples?

We work hard to provide detailed product descriptions and clear product images so you can see what you expect before making your order. Due to the nature of our favors unfortunately we can not provide samples, but if the favor is custom designed for you, and we do not have it in our site, we can email you the custom designed favors' picture so you can see the assembled and decorated favor sample before making your final order.


11. Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.


12. How do I cancel my order?

All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of origination of order. Production begins immediately thereafter. Late cancellations are subject to 100 % payment of purchase price.


13. What is your return policy?

We work hard to provide detailed product descriptions and clear product images so you can see what you expect before making your order. Due to the nature of our favors, we can not return items, as they cannot be resold. Our items are custom made and decorated specially for you and this is our difference from thousands of other wedding favor warehouses .When you decide to order from ELEGANT ACCENT, you decide to be unique. Our customers have always been delighted when receiving their orders. They usually thank us for being the only online wedding favors' source where they can get the favor of their dreams.


14. Can you rush my orders?

Considering that at ELEGANT ACCENT we custom design and decorate favors, unfortunately we can not rush your order. During your order and after you make your choice of design and color our designers will immediately begin to work on decorating your favors until it is ready to be shipped directly to you. We believe in quality and we will do our best to ensure that your order ships in time for your event.


15. What if the ordered item is out of stock?

If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.


16. Are online transactions on your site secured?

Your transaction is definitely secure. All personal and credit information that you enter on 2checkout site is encrypted. All 2Checkout.com transactions are covered by comprehensive, privacy policy and safe shopping guarantee. Your personal data is protected with the highest security standards. 2Checkout.com is certified to meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.


Favor Boxes:

Our wedding favors are redesigned and decorated and may not fit in standard favor boxes. You can order custom boxes with additional charges. Please contact us for details.
